Chocolate Love

A dark chocolate heart shaped sandwich cookie with raspberry and chocolate filling.  Then it gets dipped in pink icing with a red cherrry in the middle.

Forget-Me-Knots

An original recipe created by Kathy.  A buttery shortbread cookie made with Irish whiskey and infused with creme brulee tea.  An absolute delight.

Pale Pink Stars

This is an old family favorite.  A light and simple shortbread cookie with a glaze of pink icing and a wonderful vanilla flavor. The  flavor can be changed to suit your taste.

Thimbelina

Kathy's husband can't get enough of these!  A wonderful tender butter cookie coated in chopped walnuts or pecans and then the center is filled with a dot of melt-in-your-mouth buttercream.

Doodle Kisses

This cookie is named after Kathy's favorite Golden Doodle puppy, Sasha.  It is a snickerdoodle cookie covered in cinnamon sugar.  It has a wonderful snap to it.  A very light cookie.  You could eat a million of 'em!
